1. Acceptance of the Terms

By using the Website, creating an account, placing an order or booking a service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Website Use and License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website for personal, lawful purposes related to our products and services. This license does not include the right to copy, resell, scrape or commercially exploit the Website or its content.

3. Customer Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, for activity that occurs under your account, and for providing accurate information. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. Products and Online Purchases

Product descriptions, sizes, fitment information and images are provided in good faith, but we do not guarantee they are free of errors. Fitment guidance is a reference only; confirm that a tire or part is correct and legal for your motorcycle and intended use before installation or riding. Some products are intended for off-road use only and are labeled accordingly where that information is available.

5. Pricing and Availability

Prices, availability and service offerings may change without notice. Some items may be sourced from third-party suppliers and may be delayed, backordered or discontinued. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and may offer an alternative or cancel and refund the affected item. We may correct pricing or typographical errors, including after an order has been placed.

6. Payments

Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By paying, you authorize the charge for the order total shown at checkout, including any applicable shipping, taxes or fees. The Knobby Shop does not store full payment card numbers.

7. Shipping

Shipping charges and estimated timing are shown at checkout where applicable. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order to the address you provide. Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

8. Returns and Refunds

Unused products in original condition may be eligible for return if you contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. Mounted, installed, ridden or special-order items, and completed services, are generally not returnable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Contact us before sending anything back.

9. Service Appointments and Mobile Motorcycle Service

The Knobby Shop provides mobile tire, wheel and suspension service at a location you choose within our service area. Travel fees may apply based on location and are shown or confirmed before service. You agree to provide a safe, reasonably level and accessible work area, and to confirm you are authorized to have work performed on the motorcycle and at the location. We may decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if the motorcycle has issues that prevent safe service.

10. Customer-Provided and Motorcycle Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, including contact details, service address, and motorcycle year, make, model, tire sizes and condition. Recommendations and service records are based on the information available to us at the time. You remain responsible for your motorcycle's ongoing inspection, maintenance and safe operation.

11. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments are requests until we confirm them. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule because of weather, safety, parts availability or other circumstances, and will contact you when that happens.

12. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The Website relies on third-party services, including payment processing, email delivery, mapping and cloud hosting. Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.

Authorized administrative users of The Knobby Shop may connect the Website to third-party accounting services such as QuickBooks Online, a service provided by Intuit Inc. In connection with that integration:

• QuickBooks Online is a third-party service that The Knobby Shop does not own or control.
• Use of QuickBooks Online may also be governed by Intuit's applicable terms and policies.
• When authorized, the integration may exchange accounting-related information between the Website and QuickBooks Online.
• The Knobby Shop may disconnect, change or discontinue any integration at any time.
• Third-party services may change, experience interruptions or become unavailable.

QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of Intuit Inc. Their mention here does not mean Intuit endorses or sponsors The Knobby Shop.

13. Intellectual Property

The Website's content, including text, photos, logos, graphics and design, belongs to The Knobby Shop or its licensors and is protected by law. Photos credited to a photographer remain the property of that photographer. Other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

14. Prohibited Misuse

You agree not to:

• Use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, admin areas, systems or data
• Interfere with the Website's security or operation, or introduce malicious code
• Scrape, harvest or copy content or data by automated means without permission
• Post content in the forum, reviews or other areas that is abusive, infringing, misleading or spam
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

15. Disclaimers

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Manufacturer warranties on products, where offered, are provided by the manufacturer. Off-road riding and motorcycling involve inherent risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Knobby Shop will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Website, products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase or service is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase or service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Website, products or services at any time.
